Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

Lindsey Leigh Jewelry ("LLJ," "we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile message service (the "Service") that sends text messages to customers who have asked to receive them. By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Terms"). Please read them carefully.
The Service
The Service delivers recurring text messages from Lindsey Leigh Jewelry to the mobile number you provide. Messages are sent from +1 (877) 705-6122.
Messages may include:
- Service messages — order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, appointment reminders, custom and remake project updates, and account alerts.
- Marketing messages — new arrivals, collection launches, event invitations, promotions, and cart or browse reminders.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time without notice.
Your Consent

If you are enrolled in more than one Lindsey Leigh Jewelry mobile message program, you may need to opt out of each one separately by following the instructions in that program's terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you if we do. You acknowledge that any message you send to a number we have changed — including STOP or HELP requests — may not be received, and that we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to a discontinued number.
Delivery and Carrier Disclaimers
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for errors in that information, or for any action you take or do not take in reliance on it.
Your Mobile Number
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number that belongs to you. If your mobile number changes, you must enroll again with your new number and should opt out of the Service on your old number.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the Service is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use Klaviyo, Inc. as our messaging platform to send and manage these messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers collected through the Service, or text message consent records, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Changes to These Terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of that change.
Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Mobile Terms supplement our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of our website.
